084 246-42(2)	Alarm & Signal Systems/Facility Management Systems, Professional Security/Facility Management Services, and Guard Services Managing energy efficient upgrades to Federal facilities at little or no appropriated expense include, but are not limited to facilities management systems, lighting, chillers/HVAC and cooling towers. 084 246-50	Ancillary Services relating to Security and Facilities Management Major categories of ancillary services include, but are not limited to services necessary to install the system, maintain the system or training.	ESPG Contract
